Refund & Cashback Policy

This Refund & Cashback Policy ("Policy") explains how refunds, wallet adjustments, cashback credits, and dispute resolutions are handled by Sparsh InfoSystem ("we", "us", "our") for recharge services offered on the Platform.

This Policy is an electronic record formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Wallet – Sparsh InfoSystem in-app stored value account.
  • Cashback – Promotional reward credited into the Wallet.
  • Original Source – Payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refund – Return of money for failed or incomplete recharge.
  • Dispute – Complaint raised via the 'Raise Dispute' feature.

2. CASHBACK POLICY

  • Cashback is credited to Wallet only.
  • Cashback cannot be withdrawn to bank.
  • Cashback cannot be converted to cash.
  • Cashback cannot be transferred to another user.
  • Cashback is valid for 90 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Cashback may be reversed if linked recharge is refunded.

3. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

  • Wallet payments are refunded to Wallet.
  • UPI payments are refunded to the same UPI ID.
  • Only the exact debited amount is refunded.
  • If the original payment source is unavailable, refunds may be credited to the Wallet with user consent.

4. WHEN A REFUND IS APPLICABLE

  • Amount debited but recharge not completed.
  • Duplicate recharge payment.
  • Partial success or partial debit.
  • Operator reverses or declines recharge.

5. REFUND TIMELINES

7. USER ERRORS (INCORRECT DETAILS)

Important: No refund is possible if incorrect mobile number, operator, or amount is entered. These transactions are processed instantly by operators.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION

Refunds may be delayed or denied if fraudulent activity, repeated invalid disputes, or verification failures are detected.
