By accessing or using the Sparsh InfoSystem website, mobile site, or mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

These Terms of Use, read with the Privacy Policy, are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder. This document is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering, browsing, or transacting on the Platform, You:

  • Accept these Terms of Use;
  • Confirm that You are legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
  • Agree that Sparsh InfoSystem may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
  • Minors may use the Platform only under parental supervision.
  • You must be an Indian resident with valid identification.
  • Accounts may be suspended if eligibility is misrepresented.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. VERIFICATION & KYC

Certain services require identity and KYC verification. Failure to comply may result in suspension of services.

6. SERVICES OFFERED

  • Mobile Recharge
  • DTH Recharge

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Transactions once initiated cannot be reversed except as required by law or operator rules.

8. WALLET & REFUNDS

Wallet balance is non-transferable. Refunds may take 3–7 working days.

9. USER OBLIGATIONS

  • No fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • No hacking or reverse engineering.
  • No impersonation or automation abuse.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content is the exclusive property of Sparsh InfoSystem.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Sparsh InfoSystem acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for third-party failures.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability shall not exceed the transaction amount paid by the user.

13. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Accounts may be suspended for violations, fraud, or failed verification.

14. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
